PLUSES: Location, quiet off-street, reasonable size, 2 bathrooms, great service fm Yellowstay staff.
MINUSES: *Entry: shabby courtyard via bins, unlit lower stairs, front door lock not deadlocking and jams. *Internal: Very tired overall with amateur painting & old stove and w/m & no instructions, v slow draining showers, dirty toilet.... En lire davantage?

We stayed here for the May Bank Holiday weekend.
The positives:- the apartment is in a fab location, very close to the bars and eateries of Le Marais and a two minute walk to Bastille metro station. It's also fairly peaceful with little or no outside noise from the street, despite the French election celebrations around the corner whilst we were there.
The negatives:- the apartment really is in dire need of maintenance and a good deep clean. The electrics in particular were positively frightening with powerpoints coming out of walls and exposed wires. There was a very odd, damp smell from the bathroom which we couldn't get rid of despite our best efforts. The mezzanine level bed is not for anybody suffering from claustrophobia! It reminded me of the world's biggest bunk bed and it wa... En lire davantage?

It was a wonderful journey. The apartement is ideally located and has certain advantages over other rental apartaments I lived in Paris in the past.

Five of us, all adults, shared this appartment and found it quite cosy with plenty of space. The situation is superb. Close to Metro/RER. Easy acess to all the sights and CDG. Restaurants and shops on the doorstep. An authentic slice of Parisian life. It's above a restaurant so it's a bit noisy at night and wouldn't suit children or people who go to bed before midnight. Inside, the apartment was warm ( it was minus 10 outside! ) with lots of hot water, adequet cooking facilities and free WiFi. You have to go through the bedroom to get to the shower/toilet, but this is not a huge inconvenience. For where the apartment is, the price was excellent. I would go back. Yellowstay made this a user-friendly experience. One thing...a mop would be a useful addition.... En lire davantage?

Good location. All within walking distance, like the Metro, supermarket, shopping and some places of interest. The facilities in the apartment is good and can accomodate 05 persons comfortably. Eating facilities are also nearby.Duration of stay was from 12-17Dec11. Since the apartment is located above a cafe, can expect some noise and slight smell of cigarette smoke.... En lire davantage?

L,marais paris apartments était bien. Assez grand pour un couple, donc largement
pour moi seul. Très bien situé entre Bastille et place des Vosges.
tranquille, je n'ai même pa été dérangé par les travaux.

soit le lien pour que j,ai un reçu pour mon taxi de ce matin

Is a very good place to stay because there are all the services you´ll need nearby. Also the place has microwave, kitchen, iron, hot water, heat, fridge, etc etc. The bad things: the place smells humid, the bed is a bit unstable and i would recommend changing the carpet... smells funny also.
